And the award goes to…Fulin’s – #1 Chinese in Spring Hill
If you haven’t been to Fulin’s yet, you’re in for a treat. Fulin’s serves all the usual chinese selections in an excellent way. Nothing was greasy, and everything was cooked perfectly. The fried rice wasn’t dry, and the sesame chicken has a little bit of crisp and just the right sauce. I suggest the crab rangoon and fried dumplings as an appetizer and the sesame chicken with fried rice for the entree. As a side note, if you decide to eat in, you’ll be surprised at the atmosphere. It’s has a full bar and resembles PF Changs.
Fulin’s is directly across the parking lot from Target. If you’re standing at the entrance to Target, you should be able to see it in the shopping center on the other side of the large parking lot.
Other contenders were Asuka and the Grand Buffet. Asuka is hibachi style, and the Grand Buffet is a traditional chinese buffet. I have friends who like Asuka, but I haven’t been as impressed with it. The grand buffett is good, but I believe it’s hard for buffet style chinese to be the best because it’s not fresh.
