There are two main apartment complexes in Spring Hill: The Villages at Spring Hill and The Walden Creek Apartments. They’re both nice and safe complexes.

Walden Creek is located close to the new Kroger and the interstate. Being in Walden Creek vs. The Villages might cut 2 or 3 minutes off your commute if you take the interstate. They range from $640 for a 1bed/1 bath to $899 for a 3 bed/2 bath. For more info visit Walden Creek Aparments.

Our local MLS has only added a section for rentals within the past couple of years. There are some houses and condos for rent. You might try the MLS especially if you’re looking for a large home to rent; however, most people use the sites listed above.
Pet Policies: Villages at Spring Hill will allow 2 pets. Dogs must be under 40 pounds, and some breed restrictions apply.
Walden Creek allows one pet. Dogs must be under 30 pounds. You’ll need to contact them for other restrictions.
