Thanks for visiting my blog. I wanted a place on the web where I could publish answers to all of the frequently asked questions that I get from clients, but I hope this site will become much more. I’m even calling it “The Real Estate Website of the Future.”
Just imagine, I’m not only posting questions to answers that you will have. I’ll also be posting answers to questions that you wouldn’t think to ask but really need to know.
There’s so much information that my clients would like to have but don’t have the time to get. For example, they would love to visit all the schools and speak with Principals and PTO Leaders, but very few actually have the time to get it done. What if I did an interview with these people and posted it online?
In this site, you’ll also find that I share my gas, electric, and water bill averages for the past year with you so that you’ll have an idea of what your utility costs will be. These are just a few examples. Do you see all the different possibilities?
If you’re on this website, then you’re probably more tech-savvy than the average person— most of my clients are. You may have noticed that real estate websites just have general information: “10 Steps to Buying a Home” or “5 Steps to Picking an Agent”. These “Special Reports” have catchy titles but don’t deliver any useful information because they’re pre-packaged and come with the agent’s website. I don’t blame them. It takes a lot of time and effort to provide specific, useful information, but I believe it’s what my clients are really looking for.
My goal with this site is to go beyond the standard, useless information on most real estate websites and provide information that’s really going to help my clients make better decisions—decisions that will make them as happy as possible in their new homes. That’s why I call this “The Real Estate Website of the Future.”
P.S. This site is under construction (and might always be). Please let me know if you have any tips or questions. Thanks.
