All of the foreclosures in Spring Hill are listed in the MLS, but for some reason, the public MLS website doesn’t allow people to separate homes into foreclosures and non-foreclosures. Without the ability to separate out the foreclosures, they’re as good as invisible.
As Realtors, our professional version of the MLS is capable of finding all the foreclosures. The only way for us to get you a copy of what we’re seeing is to email it to you.
